The new deck and laundry have really added another dimension to my home and made outdoor living and dining an enjoyable experience I can share with family and friends. I am writing to express the satisfaction that we have for the building contractors Bryant Brothers Building Group. On behalf on my parents, both aged in their 90s, we engaged Jason and his crew to construct a covered deck between the main house and laundry and to remodel a shower and old laundry into an aged-friendly shower room.

When contacted by the drafting firm Martin Design and Drafting Jason promptly contacted me to arrange a meeting to discuss details and requirements. At this meeting Jason was sensitive to the views and requirements of my parents, coming forth with suggestions to enhance the finished product. He then completed the quote and then sorted the beginning of the project.

The removal of the existing structures and fittings was arranged to limit any disruption to the day-to-day requirements of my parents. As with renovations there are issues that crop up and there were a couple of these. When these did arise Jason contacted me to discuss methods to fix these. When he contacted me he did so with possible solutions and how this would affect the end product and costs. The project was completed on time and within budget. The shower was completed with a recessed base, folding seat, shower that doubles as a grab rail, towel rails that are also grab rails for support and a flat non slip floor that is free of obstacles and hazards for people who are less mobile. The deck also is a nice safe area that enhances the livability of the house for my parents.

In all, this firm embraces the best of country friendly and honest business dealings with a great work ethic providing honest reliable service. I would recommend them to anybody seeking a builder.
